 I stumbled onto Keith Raven via Zillow one morning at the very beginning of my house hunting journey, and cannot imagine going through this again with another realtor.  As a first time home buyer with a set time-frame to purchase, I was going in uninformed and considerably anxious about the process in general.  Keith's professionalism and down-to-earth demeanor quickly put me at ease and helped to keep me on track until I found the right property.  He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, quick to understand what I was looking for and always willing to help with any questions and/or concerns, no matter how ridiculous they seemed to me.  I found the right house, in the right neighborhood and will always be thankful.  Keith will be the one I call when the time comes for me to sell and, perhaps, purchase in the area again.
